General Terms and Conditions of Services
These general terms and conditions apply to each consumer (as defined under Article 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) who, by means of the web page https://www.irondames.ch/daytona-2025, avails itself of the service “Every Dream Matter – Daytona 2025” provided by the company Iron Lynx S.r.l., with registered office in Via Civinelli, 950 – 47522, Cesena (Italy), C.F. and P.IVA 04345820403 (“Company”) on the occasion of the “24 hours of Daytona” race, whereby it shall be possible to communicate to the Company, in accordance with the terms indicated below, a personal message (“Dream”) which, if selected by the Company in accordance with the provisions below, will be engraved on the livery of the Iron Dames car that will participate in the “24 hours of Daytona” race (“Service”).
In order to access the Service, it will be necessary to:
- Access the web page https://www.irondames.ch/daytona-2025;
- Identify the side and the specific area of the livery of the Iron Dames car on which you would like the Dream to be engraved, save for the availability of the spots as expressly indicated on the web page referred to in point a. and the right of the Company to change the chosen positioning of the Dream for design reasons;
- Write your Dream in compliance with the limits and prohibitions indicated below;
- Enter the required personal data (name and surname) and a valid e-mail address;
- Accept the contents of these general terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy by ticking the relevant tick box;
- Confirm the content of your Dream by activating the link sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided for under point d. above.
Each consumer expressly acknowledges that the Dream:
- May not be modified or replaced with another Dream;
- Shall contain a maximum number of 45 characters (including spaces);
- Cannot contain swearing, profanity or comments that promote violence, threaten, offend or harass others on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, age, orientation or ability;
- May not contain slogans, expressions or comments aimed at promoting, even for commercial purposes, a product or service;
- May not contain slogans, expressions or comments that can be assimilated to a sponsorship activity;
- May not contain slogans, expressions or comments infringing, even indirectly, potentially or partially, intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to third parties.
Each consumer expressly acknowledges that the Company reserves the right:
- Not to engrave a Dream on the livery of the Iron Dames car if the same is considered, in the sole discretion of the Company, to be in conflict with the provisions of article 3 above or with the sport and ethical values promoted by the Company and the Iron Dames team;
- Not to engrave a Dream on the livery of the Iron Dames car if the places available on it for the engraving are sold out when receiving the Dream;
- To change the side and the specific area of the livery of the Iron Dames car chosen by the consumer for the engraving of the Dream for design reasons.
Each consumer acknowledges that it has the right to send only one Dream, being precluded from sending several Dreams referring to the same first and last name or e-mail address.
The Service shall be provided in accordance with the following periods:
- From 19.11.2024 to 25.11.2024, to be understood as peremptory and essential deadlines, it shall be possible to send the Dreams in accordance with the provisions of article 2 above;
- From 09.12.2024 to 16.01.2024, to be understood as approximate deadlines, it shall be possible to view, on the website https://www.irondames.ch/daytona-2025, some of the Dreams selected to be engraved on the livery of the Iron Dames car, in the form of a carousel;
- From 17.01.2024, to be understood as an approximate deadline, it shall be possible to view, on the web page https://www.irondames.ch/daytona-2025, a virtual model of the livery of the Iron Dames car engraved with the Dreams selected by the Company.
The access to the Service is free of charge.
