Born in Switzerland on June 29, 2001, Karen Gaillard competed in her first karting championship in 2018. The following year, she won the AutoScout24 & Cupra Young Driver Challenge against 1,500 competitors. In 2020, she secured victory in the Filière Endurance selection.
Her first full season in a championship car was in the Mitjet 2L in 2022. In 2023, she explored prototype racing in the Ultimate Cup Series, becoming runner-up in the Nova NP02 category. She joined the Iron Dames project in 2024, competing in the Michelin Le Mans Cup.

Karen made a strong start to 2025 by being selected as the fourth driver for the Iron Dames’ main team at the prestigious 24 Hours of Daytona, marking a major milestone in her meteoric rise in GT racing.
